Essential Green Cleaning is hiring a reliable evening Cleaning Technician for an account in Clinton, MI.

Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday evenings
- 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Approximately 6 hours per week
Pay:
- $17.00 per hour
- Paid training and referral bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean offices, restrooms, floors, and common areas
- Empty trash and help maintain a clean, professional environment
- Follow a simple cleaning checklist and quality standards
- Take ownership of your work and communicate if something needs attention
- Work independently while being part of a team that supports each other
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and follows through on commitments
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to perform routine physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Willing to learn (no cleaning experience required)
