We are seeking an experienced Physician Liaison / Business Development Director to become a founding member of our executive team.

Position Responsibilities
The Physician Liaison will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with physicians and medical providers throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities include:
- Build partnerships with physicians and medical practices
- Recruit affiliated physicians to provide services at our resort
- Develop referral relationships
- Coordinate physician schedules and specialty programs
- Expand our medical network throughout California
- Create strategic alliances with medical groups
- Identify emerging longevity medicine providers
- Develop new wellness service lines
- Represent the resort at medical conferences and networking events
- Support business development initiatives
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician Liaison/Business Development Director to spearhead strategic partnerships and expand our healthcare network. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary ambassador between our organization and medical professionals, fostering strong relationships that drive growth and enhance service delivery. Your expertise in medical sales, negotiation, and account management will be essential in identifying new opportunities, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and establishing long-term collaborations with physicians and healthcare providers. This role offers an exciting chance to lead business development initiatives that make a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational success.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to build and strengthen relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare entities, Labs...!
- Conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase the value of our services and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, market analysis, and networking within the medical community.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Lead outreach initiatives to educate healthcare providers about our offerings, leveraging Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for presentations and proposals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and sales tactics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related business development with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and product demonstrations within a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative partnerships.
- Proficiency in analysis skills for market research and performance metrics; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint is essential.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, or pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
- Ability to provide a comprehensive list of suitable medical professionals to build our network.
