Schedule: Part-Time | Overnight (Graveyard Shift)
Shift Hours: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly (Direct Deposit Available)
Elite Security & Staffing is seeking experienced, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to provide overnight security services at premier hotels throughout the Nashville area.

As an Overnight Security Officer, you will:

Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, vendors, and visitors.

Conduct continuous foot patrols to maintain a visible security presence.

Monitor hotel property to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.

Complete accurate incident reports using the TrackTik reporting system.

Communicate effectively with management, hotel staff, and guests.

Follow all client site procedures and company security protocols.

Perform both standing and roving patrol duties throughout the shift.
Applicants must have:

A valid Tennessee Security Guard License.

Proof of completion of Dallas Law Training.

Authorization to work in the United States with valid identification.

The ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the entire shift.

Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Previous experience using the TrackTik reporting system.

Reliable and punctual.

Professional in appearance and communication.

Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.

Calm and confident when responding to emergencies.

Dedicated to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Availability to work overnight shifts (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM).

Must be available to work weekends and weeknights.

Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
