The Garrison Group Enterprise is an authorized dealer for AT&T. The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within an assigned territory, serving as a key liaison between communities, properties, and the company. This role supports outreach initiatives, events, communications, and field engagement efforts that strengthen participation, relationships, and brand presence.
This position blends community engagement, field activation, and direct outreach to build strong territory relationships and measurable sales outcomes.
Previous wireless or telecom experience is a strong plus. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Relationship Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned communities, properties, or partner locations
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Represent the organization professionally during all engagement and field activities
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the company within assigned regions
Field Outreach & Sales
- Drive sales metrics by signing up new and existing residents for AT&T Fiber internet and wireless products
- Build and manage a book of business within your assigned territory through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Proactively engage residents, tenants, or community members through direct outreach
- Gather feedback, address questions, and support participation in programs or initiatives
- Maintain a consistent, visible presence across assigned locations
Events & On-Site Activation
- Plan, coordinate, and support engagement events, activations, and promotional initiatives
- Schedule, staff, and support events as needed
- Ensure a positive, professional experience for all participants and attendees
Communication & Coordination
- Deliver clear, consistent communication via email, digital tools, and in-person interactions
- Maintain engagement schedules, calendars, and outreach plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor engagement activity, outreach volume, and participation levels
- Track key metrics and outcomes related to engagement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and increase engagement results
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with regular field activity and face-to-face engagement
- Basic proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and digital tools
Preferred
- Previous wireless, telecom, or technology sales experience (strong plus)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (strong plus)
- Prior field sales, outreach, or community engagement experience
- Experience coordinating events or managing community-facing initiatives
- Availability for evening and weekend events
- Ability to travel between assigned locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
