About us:
20/20 Eye Club Optometry was established in 1995 as a small family-owned practice. In July 2025, we relocated to a larger, modern space designed to elevate the experience for both our patients and our team.
We continue to look for ways to grow together with motivated staff members.
You do not need previous optical experience - training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Educate & Style: Help patients understand their vision needs and guide them to the perfect pair of glasses that matches their look and lifestyle.
- Lens & Frame knowledge: Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and frame styles - and how they impact vision and daily life.
- Insurance Guidance: Clearly explain vision insurance benefits and help patients maximize their coverage with confidence.
Who You Are:
- Likes fashion, wellness, and helping people feel good.
- Organized, and eager to grow.
- Outgoing, upbeat, and motivated by results.
- Comfortable about learning about lenses, insurance, and optical products.
- Able to engage every patient with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus (especially in fashion, cosmetics, or hospitality).
- Although not required, would be helpful to speak/understand Korean, Chinese or Vietnamese.
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Compensation:
- Starting at $29/hr with at least 3 years of Optical experience.
- Starting at $21/hr with less than 3 years of experience.
Business hours: 10AM-6PM (Mon-Fri), 9AM-5PM (Sat): Must be able to work on Saturdays.
