Deliver an outstanding customer experience through precise work and clear communication

Service, diagnose, and repair residential equipment: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water systems, oil-fired equipment, high-velocity setups, ductless systems, and more

Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues

Maintain required truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs without delay

Advise homeowners on enhancements that improve comfort, efficiency, and safety

Support and guide junior technicians to develop their skills

3+ years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)

EPA Universal Certification
-
Strong grasp of HVAC best practices and building codes

Proficient across all primary HVAC functions

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Able to work directly on HVAC equipment

Comfort operating in extreme hot or cold environments as seasons dictate

Long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work
-
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur)
