Summit Home Care is looking for a Intake Specialist to join our Intake Department. The Intake Specialist is responsible for processing referrals, which include accurate data entry and active follow ups. Providing support to account managers to ensure referrals and referral sources are serviced adequately is an essential part of the job. If you are well-versed in Medicaid and MLTC eligibility, including ePaces, CFEEC transfer forms, Maximus procedures, and MLTC enrollment that is a major plus.
Position Requirements
- Understanding of CHHA, MCO, MLTC and related insurance eligibility requirements
- Must speak FLUENT ENGLISH and FLUENCY in a second language would be really nice but is not required.
- Home Care Intake Experience: 1 year
- Strong time management skills
- Compassionate and caring
- Must be organized, have problem solving skills, and strong follow up engagement
