- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and development
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care
- Enforce safety policies and emergency procedures, including administering first aid when necessary
