Car Pros is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Salespeople to join our growing team. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you.

Sell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and vans

Become a product expert by learning vehicle features, benefits, and competitive comparisons

Demonstrate vehicle features and operation in the showroom and during test drives

Present pricing proposals and financing options to customers

Use ethical and legal sales techniques at all times
-
Maintain manufacturer certifications as assigned
-
Protect customer confidentiality and comply with all privacy laws
-
Meet monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
-
Ensure every vehicle is properly delivered to customers
-
Prospect and market to potential customers through phone calls, letters, and personal outreach
-
Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
-
Maintain accurate sales tracking in VinSolutions
-
Follow the Car Pros sales process and dealership policies
-
Maintain professionalism, including courteous communication and appropriate workplace conduct
-
Adhere to dealership dress code and wear employee ID badge daily

Complete additional tasks as assigned

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Sales experience preferred, automotive sales experience a plus

Annual Pay: $118,863.68 – $368,157.45
