Our company is named Atomic Stays. We are a short term rental (airbnb, vrbo, expedia) management company focused on high-quality management. We manage over 200 homes.
We are looking for someone who has a background in construction, handy work, and most importantly has great communication. This person should be detail-oriented, professional and have a wide range of maintenance skills.
This position is focused on driving our maintenance, inspection, & preventative maintenance program. You will be responsible for day to day work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, inspections and project management.
