Overview
Join our Craft Tacos & Tequila team as an Experienced Kitchen Shift Lead / Senior Line Cook for dinner service! You will demonstrate your experience and set an example as you cook and plate our entire menu. Speed, skill precision are required. You will also be a part of the team to test new recipes and builds for the main menu as well as specials. This role is only open to people that have held this position before, can demonstrate different cooking techniques - frying, braising, sauteeing, grilling - and may also take on certain kitchen manager tasks in the future.
This role could be 3-6 shifts, depending on availabily, but must be available at least for teh dinner shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
