About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to operate and maintain our automated production lines. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and safe production of quality products, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bag-making machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Complete accurate production reports and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
