Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM has immediate openings for experienced Automotive Sales Professionals in our new vehicle sales department. Candidate(s) must possess strong communication skills. Previous sales experience is required; previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
Automotive sales professionals are responsible for selling vehicles of all makes and models and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position requires prospecting, selling and follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Ability to demonstrate each vehicle in product line (including test drives)
- Delivery of vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Experience with the VinSolutions CRM a plus
Requirements:
- Must have driver's license with good driving record
- Must be willing to to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
