Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization and promote engagement from day one.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and other relevant regulations.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing through systems like Paychex or Dayforce, and benefits communication.
- Supervise HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, change management projects, and strategic planning to support business growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program development.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading HR teams or managing cross-functional projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, labor contracts, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, Paylocity or Ceridian for data analysis and process automation.
- Skilled in negotiation techniques for resolving conflicts and managing employment contracts effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
