As part of Missouri’s growing cannabis industry, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to help keep our facility in top-notch condition. What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily janitorial duties throughout cultivation areas, common spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and offices
- Assist with daily cultivation tasks, including planting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting cannabis plants.
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, surfaces, and equipment using approved cleaning protocols
- Remove trash, recycling, and plant waste in compliance with facility procedures
- Assist with biosecurity practices to maintain sanitary grow environments
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management
- Maintain cleaning logs and documentation as required by state compliance standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Occasional overtime may be requested during high production periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in industrial, warehouse, medical, or lab settings
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures without cutting corners
- Comfortable working around cannabis plants and products
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Must be 21+ and eligible for a Missouri cannabis agent ID
