Job description:
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organization, Distribution of USPS mail, invoicing and emailing
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Interacting with and supporting residents, Superintendent and staff members
- Perform other general clerical tasks to support office operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
