Why This Role is Great: This is a part-time role with a generally consistent schedule; flexibility for occasional additional hours is a plus when clinic needs arise. It is perfect for someone who loves health and wellness, enjoys multitasking, and wants a predictable schedule without the pressure of taking work home. We have both morning and afternoon schedules available.
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Client Experience: Enthusiastically greet clients, check them in/out, and maintain a warm, welcoming lobby environment.
- Scheduling & Phones: Manage a multi-line phone system, answer client inquiries with empathy, and accurately book appointments using our scheduling software.
- Clinic Support: Respond to clinic emails, manage inventory tracking, and assist the clinical team with basic administrative tasks.
- Data Management: Confidently navigate and update client profiles across multiple software platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Right Attitude: Compassionate, professional, and comfortable discussing health/wellness goals with clients.
- Tech-Fluent: You must be highly comfortable learning new computer programs quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Office and digital scheduling software is a major plus.
- Pace-Car Capabilities: Ability to stay calm, organized, and friendly when the lobby gets busy and the phones are ringing simultaneously.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is absolutely critical.
