Charlotte is getting fiber, and we're the team putting it in front of the neighborhoods that want it. We're a sales and business consulting firm working with Kinetic Fiber, and we're hiring Sales Team Members to talk to homeowners about faster, more reliable internet.
Here's what the job actually looks like: you're out in assigned Charlotte neighborhoods having conversations. You explain what fiber does that cable doesn't — faster uploads, no slowdown when the whole house is online, no service that dies during a storm. Some of those conversations turn into new customers. You learn the product, you get better at the conversation, and your numbers climb.
No experience required. We train you on the product, the pitch, and the territory.
What you'll do:
- Meet homeowners in your territory and find out what they're currently dealing with for internet
- Walk them through Kinetic's fiber plans and help them pick the one that fits their household
- Put together package options that combine current promotions and discounts
- Handle the order accurately and stay with the customer through installation
- Check back after install to make sure everything's working, sort out equipment questions, and ask for referrals
What you need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable talking to people you haven't met
- Reliable transportation and the willingness to work outside, on your feet
What we're looking for beyond that:

- You take coaching and actually apply it.
- You want to understand how the business works, not just do your part of it.
