Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a versatile, do-it-all marketer and the operational backbone of V’s marketing. Anchored in owning the marketing calendar and schedule, this person keeps every campaign, email, asset, and project on time and on brand across e-commerce, the national brand, and our franchise locations, managing timelines and outside partners, executing email and SMS campaigns, supporting franchise locations, managing social media posting, and compiling performance reporting. There is also room to contribute ideas to campaign planning and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar and project-management system (Monday.com); keep all campaigns, launches, and deliverables on schedule across the business.
- Manage the national-brand social media calendar: schedule and publish posts, coordinate the content pipeline, and hold contributors to deadlines. (Social ontent is produced by in-house marketing team, owners/barbers + outside partners)
- Build, schedule, QA, and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo in support of marketing strategy.
- Coordinate external partners (web/development agency, paid-media agency, freelancers): brief them, manage timelines, and keep deliverables on track.
- Support franchise locations: coordinate new-location marketing and tech setup and keep locations supplied with on-brand marketing materials, working directly with franchise owners.
- Compile and organize performance reporting across GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, and ad accounts.
- Support new-store openings, the company’s biennial Summit event, and franchise-sales marketing initiatives.
- Supports and serves as back up to the Brand Designer and Content Creator.
- Contribute ideas to campaign planning and marketing strategy, and pitch in across marketing functions as needs arise.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through across many concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable holding teammates, agencies, and partners accountable to timelines.
- Proficiency with, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn, marketing and project-management tools such as Monday.com or Asana, social schedulers, Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and Klaviyo.
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal process.
- A versatile, well-rounded marketer: strong at execution, with the range to contribute ideas across channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Shopify.
- Experience supporting a multi-location, franchise, or retail business.
- Familiarity with paid media (Meta/Google) and a strong sense for brand consistency.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
