- Full-time Audit Supervisor or Manager to join our Assurance team;.
- Provide timely, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating audits of required financial statements, related disclosures, and other deliverables;
- Prepare control deficiency and compliance letters with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy;
- Develop an understanding of client's business and become an industry specialist;
- Supervise Audit Associates on engagement teams;
- Delegate audit section responsibilities to Associates and review their work product;
- Monitor and report on Staff productivity and adher to work plan schedules on each assignment;
- Anticipate and address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise;
- Recognize and inform partners of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.

- B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent;
- 4+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting environment;
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification;
- Technical understanding of audit services with knowledge of FASB regulations, GAAS, and GAAP;
- Audit experience with government and non-profit entities;
- Demonstrated recent CPA firm experience;
- Supervisory experience preferred.
