Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products to enhance their homes. In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and offer customer assistance.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and manage inventory levels to keep the store inviting and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service via phone communication, calling merchants , and answering questions.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is not required but helpful.
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, retail math, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, and merchandising displays.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
