We're growing our team and looking for a talented, licensed stylist who wants to do great work in a warm, professional space that cares about people - clients and stylists alike.
You pick the pay structure that fits you:
- Hourly: a guaranteed rate for every hour you work, taxes withheld, steady and predictable.
- Commission: a competitive split on the services you perform, ideal if you're building a strong book and want your earnings tied to your hustle.

What we're looking for:
- Active Massachusetts cosmetology license (required)
- Skilled across textured and multicultural hair - silk press, locs, braids, natural care, color, cuts
- Reliable, client-focused, and great to have on the team.
- Bonus if you love mentoring - we're active in local hair schools.
