Summary
We are seeking a Full Time Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team and family. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and managing cash handling operations. Strong skills in basic math, communication, and organization will help you assist customers effectively while ensuring accurate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and POS efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately by utilizing basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-organized and clean store environment.
- Use a computer to sell DNR licenses and renew license plates.
- Fill propane cylinders (training provided).
- Stock soda and beer coolers and ice freezers.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work nights until 9:30 PM and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to obtain a liquor license after passing a training course.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to multi task, be self motivated, and be a team player.
Must be able to work nights until 9:30 pm and weekends.
Schedule:
- Possibility of additional hours to fill in for other employees.
- Full Time Position – Hours will vary between morning and evening shifts.
- Morning Shift: Begins at 8:00 AM and ends between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
- Evening Shift: Starts between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and ends between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Holiday pay and weekly direct deposit!
Eligibility for accruing PTO and employee only benefits.
