About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide at Sunrise Manor (3), you will play a vital role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met with excellence. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and assisting with dietary interventions. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to our residents in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Assist with dietary interventions, such as food allergy management and special dietary needs
Monitor and report any food allergies or special dietary needs to the dietary team
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care and attention
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and consumption
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience for our residents
Requirements:
0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
