Overview
We are expanding our clinical team! We are looking for the right individual to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated clinician who aligns with our family-centered values and high standards of care.
In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise clinical interventions for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families by delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy in an in-home and community based settings.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure adherence to ABA principles and ethical standards.
- Perform patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support client goals.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Lead intake sessions and conduct behavioral health evaluations for new clients in various settings, including home-based and school environments.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention techniques, and functional assessments.
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities in home or community settings.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments (FBA).

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
