POSITION SUMMARY
The Pre-Sales Coordinator will communicate between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus. They will produce change orders based off mid-point and final corrections. The Pre-Sales Coordinator will work with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed. Also, they will answer any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Communicates between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus.
- Answers any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers.
- Produces change orders based off mid-point and final corrections.
- Works with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed.
- Meets with customers to assist in the proper creation of the truck.
- Updates customers with pictures and information regarded their fire apparatus.
- Troubleshoots trucks and creates solutions for deficiencies found.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education:
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
Required Experience:
· 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
Preferred Experience:
· 1-2 years of Rosenbauer/Fire Service Manufacturing experience.

· Must be able to work professionally with customers and Sr. Management.
· Ability to obtain a notary.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work efficiently with Microsoft Office, Mas 500, Photoshop, Quote Writer, and smart sheets.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to use effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply strategic and/or conceptual thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
- Ability to perform intermediate PC functions including spreadsheet formulas and functions, queries, tables, merges, and special reports.
· Will perform some troubleshooting.
