Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure/ $45-$50 for RN licensure
- Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Manage clinical operations and mentor staff
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- MUST HAVE: Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license
- MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience

- A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver
- Point Click Care experience
- Computer savvy
