Overview: Highland’s Youth Program is a great opportunity for motivated individuals aged 13–15 to get their foot in the door and gain hands-on experience supporting summer operations. This paid, part-time seasonal role involves assisting with daily park maintenance and summer camp support, providing a fun and active introduction to the working world.
Dates: June 29th – August 14th (7 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily cleaning and organizing tasks
- Support trash and recycling duties around the property
- Maintain clean common areas and camp facilities
- Help with flower watering and light landscaping
- Move picnic tables and assist with setup/breakdown for events
- Complete small projects assigned by the Facility Manager
Qualifications:
- Age 13–15 during program dates
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Able to work both independently and with a team
