Texas Mobile Radiology is seeking a full time X-Ray Tech in the greater Austin, Texas area. We are a veteran owned and operated organization serving patients and providers for over 14 years. Shifts: M-F Day shift and Evening Available. NO call!
NOTE: WE CANNOT HIRE LMRT OR NCT APPLICANTS. MUST HAVE FULL ARRT/TMB LICENSES.
X-Ray Technologist Responsibilities:
· Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) radiography equipment(size of a carry on suitcase and iPad) per physicians' orders and submit/transmit digital images to Radiologist for interpretation.
· Position patients accordingly
· Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-ray images.
· Maintain an accurate record of completed x-ray exams.
· Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
X-Ray Technologists Requirements:
· Maintain active regulatory licensing, AART Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.
· Valid drivers license and in current good standing at all times.
· Self-motivated, dependable, and work independently without direct supervision.
