Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about fostering communication development in young learners. Assignment Details:
- January 5, 2026 – March 27, 2026: Serve 3 days per week in an elementary school and 2 days per week at a preschool center.
- April 13, 2026 – June 1, 2026: Shift to 4 days per week in the preschool center.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary and/or preschool-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain thorough records
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and document student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
