Mid-size skilled nursing facility in Suffolk County, NY is seeking a full time Nursing Supervisor on the 3-11 shift.
A current, valid NYS RN license is required, along with BLS/AED. We offer a competitive salary, with medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, as well as a generous PTO package.
Responsibilities include:
- Making regular and frequent rounds
- Meeting with nursing personnel to review resident care, address issues, provide guidance and assistance
- Participating in ongoing performance improvement through assigned audits
- Maintaining staffing levels and arranging for replacements as needed
- Interacting with residents, their families, and staff to promote resident well-being
- Participating in facility's Continuous Quality Improvement Program
The ideal person for this job has at least 2 years' experience in a skilled nursing setting, at the management level. RN is necessary, BSN a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
