Job Description
As the Engineering Senior Manager, Project and Construction Management you will develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects. In this role you work across a team of functional partners (Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance and Contractors) to find low-cost solutions and mitigate business risks.
You will also be responsible for determining the choice and configuration of the technologies that will deliver the necessary throughput for the products shipped out to P&G customers while delivering project capital & savings goals.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of stakeholders including engineering, operations, quality assurance, and finance.
Job Qualifications
Required

BS degree in Engineering
-
A minimum of 3 years of Project/Construction/Facilities engineering experience and team leadership.

Execution of major capital projects (>$50MM).

Technical mastery of leading-edge warehousing technologies - Automated guided vehicles, auto layer picking, automated storage retrieval systems, etc.

Experience with EWP (Engineering Work Process) and capital project delivery is essential. This role is accountable for concept development, scope definition, design, and delivery.
