Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize mobility and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and progress
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that improves quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
