About the Role
We are seeking motivated professionals to sell new, used, and certified pre-owned cars and trucks. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in car sales and automotive sales at a thriving dealership known for performance and professionalism.
What You Will Do
- Engage with customers interested in new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicles, both online and in person, to drive car sales growth
- Leverage state-of-the-art sales tools to connect with internet, phone, and walk-in prospects in a fast-paced automotive sales environment
- Proactively follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and nurture relationships from first contact to final delivery, maximizing car sales opportunities
- Respond to and manage internet inquiries with timely, professional communication to support automotive sales performance
- Greet showroom visitors and guide them through an enjoyable, pressure-free dealership shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating available inventory or identifying incoming vehicles to support successful car sales outcomes
- Clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, and options to match customers with the right vehicle and enhance automotive sales effectiveness
- Work closely with Sales Managers to structure deals and close car sales efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, promotions, and model updates to remain competitive in automotive sales
- Contribute to a positive team culture that drives overall dealership success
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this automotive sales position, you must be self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a top-performing dealership.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in car sales and automotive sales
Qualifications & Experience
- One to three years previous auto or automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record in car sales or a strong desire to excel in a competitive dealership environment
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Timely and consistent attendance
- Flexible availability
- Ability to use the internet and CRM tools to manage and follow up on car sales leads
- Willingness to complete manufacturer product training and stay current with product knowledge to support ongoing automotive sales success

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
