The Rococo Dessert Bar is seeking a highly creative bartender with a strong point of view to lead our cocktail program.
This is not a standard bartending role. We are looking for someone who has developed original cocktails, understands flavor at a conceptual level, and is ready to take full creative ownership of a beverage program.
You ll be pairing cocktails with plated desserts, building flavor-driven experiences not just making drinks.

What You ll Do-
Lead the creative direction of our seasonal cocktail program

Design a menu that complements and elevates our dessert offerings

Develop original cocktails with a focus on balance, texture, and presentation

Execute consistent, high-quality beverage service

Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to maintain a strong team culture

Establish and uphold quality control standards across all beverages

Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering (liquor, wine, beer, supplies)

Oversee bar prep (syrups, juices, garnishes, batching)

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Host cocktail events and curated dessert + cocktail pairing nights

Mentor bar staff and set a high standard for service and creativity

Requirements-
3+ years in a craft cocktail-focused environment (or equivalent high-level experience)

Strong knowledge of spirits, seasonal ingredients, and modern cocktail technique

A creative, conceptual approach to menu development

Working knowledge of wine, beer, coffee, and food pairings

Proven leadership ability and team-building skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure

Excellent hospitality instincts and communication
