We are looking to staff Team Leaders and Crew Members to drive the truck, engage the customer & oversee/participate in moves.
Job Title: Team Leader / Crew member
Job Description:
To safely & efficiently lead teams of movers to success, prioritizing the customers satisfaction above all else. As the leader of the group, responsibility for the outcome, from start to finish, falls on the team lead.
Responsibilities:
-Collect all signatures before/during/after & collect payment upon completion of the work.
-Secure positive reviews & 100% customer satisfaction.
-Eliminate the possibility of any damage to customers belongings
KPIs:
-$/hour
-Customer Satisfaction/Reviews
-Safety metrics
Must Haves:
-Ability to drive up to a 26’ truck
-Knowledge & wherewithal to not only move things, but to direct others to move in an efficient manner.
-Great communication skills with supervisors, subordinates & customers.
-Great physical condition with the ability to lift 75lbs
