Touchdown Business Solutions is hiring a Construction Superintendent for one of our reputable, established clients in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily concrete construction work.
- Lead crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Organize manpower and work schedules.
- Ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
- Resolve on-site issues and support crews.
- Review project plans and drawings.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Plan major projects.
- Assist with schedule recovery when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial concrete construction experience.
- Experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of concrete construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel
Salary:
- Salary role: $90,000-$140,000
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
