In This Role You Will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop effective care plans
- Coordinate and oversee resident care and services within the nursing department
- Provide health education and support to residents and families
- Promote independence, dignity, respect, and resident safety
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and team members

Who You Are:
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the state.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document in electronic systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare settings.
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
