In This Position, You Will Take an Active Role In:
- Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
- Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
- Inventory Management
- Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols
Schedule and Compensation**
- Compensation: $21-$25 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as your day off

**Recent graduates pending VTNE testing and licensure, or out-of-state license-holders who are eligible to transfer a license, are also encouraged to apply
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 5+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
- Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of Texas
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service
- Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style
