EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of child support cases.

Appear in court and before administrative bodies.

Handle all aspects of litigation, including appeals.

Present oral arguments.

Research and analyze existing laws and regulations, court decisions, pending legislation, and a variety of other legal material.
