MORryde is an established and rapidly growing industry leader in suspension systems, custom metal fabrication and chassis modification. We are seeking experienced welders to join our 2nd Shift Fabrication Department! Our 2nd shift manual welders earn a $3-$5 per hour shift premium and a production incentive bonus in addition to their base hourly rate!
Fabrication welders are stationed at a booth where you will be welding custom parts. You would be responsible for setting up the weld machine while maintaining a safe and clean welding environment.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excel in a team-oriented environment, and maintain high safety standards. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with teammates.
Job Requirements
- 2nd Shift – 1:00pm to 9:00pm, with overtime opportunities
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Certified welders preferred (MORryde will assist in maintaining your annual certification)
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
