Job Description
Personal care assistant needed immediately to support a mentally challenged young male teenager during everyday life in his home. He is a sweet, fun, loving, busy boy who needs minor assistance and reminders.
There are 2 positions available. The first position is Monday - Friday, 4:30pm - 10:00pm. The second position is Saturday or Sunday (or both), 9 am to 5 pm. Please list which position you're interested in on your application.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support clients by providing minor housekeeping and laundry services
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Assists client by providing personal care, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment by following universal standards and procedures
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Must be at least 18 years’ old
- CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) and First Aid Certified (Adult and Pediatric)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid state issued driver's license or ID card.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Other physical requirements include stooping, bending, twisting, standing and walking throughout the shift.
