As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care. You will play a vital role in promoting patient health, safety, and recovery while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical standards.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring for side effects and patient responses.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Perform patient assessments and communicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and infection prevention practices.
- Respond to medical emergencies and deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Support a positive and collaborative healthcare environment by working effectively with colleagues and other clinical staff.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per week
