- Attend adjunct faculty orientation session
- Review and be familiar with Student Handbook
- Meet with course coordinator to determine clinical or laboratory and for individual mentoring
- Model and communicate the Christian experience to students are related to life and learning and demonstrate active membership in a Christian fellowship
- Facilitate engaging individual and group instructional activities
- Respond to student questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Motivate students to actively participate in all aspects of the education process
- Apply sufficient, consistent rigor in grading students, giving substantive feedback and critical evaluation within one week of the due date for the assignment
- Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes
- Facilitate engaging individual and group instructional activities
- Maintain favorable course evaluations
- Complete student evaluations and report grades to course coordinator
- Schedule review of clinical instructor evaluations with course coordinator
