We work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. No on call shifts, no rotating holidays (we close on most major holidays), no weekends. You are not required to work a 10 or 12 hour shift during the week just to have a job.
Employees can opt to work through lunch hours to get overtime or if overtime is requested we will schedule accordingly but it is not required to have a job here. We believe in having a family life too!
