ETA Pathway, a community-focused sales and development firm in Ontario, is hiring a Full-time Verizon Enrollment Representative to connect our customers with Frontier’s internet and TV services, now supercharged by Verizon’s backing. Our customers across the region are seeking high-quality connectivity, and our Verizon Enrollment Representative showcases how Frontier delivers exactly that.
As a Verizon Enrollment Representative, you are welcomed into a hands-on sales environment where interactive sales workshops prepare you to represent Frontier’s services with authority. The Verizon Enrollment Representative will meet our customers in person, helping them discover cutting-edge entertainment and connectivity solutions that eliminate frustrating service gaps.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Enrollment Representative
- Present Frontier Internet and TV solutions in person that help customers enjoy faster connectivity and enhanced home entertainment.
- Learn about each customer's needs in person and recommend the most suitable Frontier Fiber Internet speeds and TV packages.
- Explain the value of Frontier's reliable internet service, streaming support, and television options in person using clear, customer-friendly communication.
- Generate new customer interest by confidently promoting Frontier Internet and TV promotions through relationship-driven sales interactions.
- Guide customers through service enrollment, package customization, and account changes with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering personalized service before, during, and after the sales process.
Qualifications of the Verizon Enrollment Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Adaptable team player thriving in fast-paced community sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate toward collective team sales goals.
- Passionate about professional growth and developing long-term sales skills.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
