Duties
- Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
- Oversee food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff accordingly.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills, customer service, and team collaboration.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, interview potential team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management.
- Excellent communication skills with managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality management settings.
- Serve safe certified preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
