Early Morning server position 5:30AM-11:30AM
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
Expedite food from the kitchen to the restaurant, clean and make sure the buffet is presentable and the food is displaced nicely, and maintaining high sanitation standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to work at the scheduled time and in the appropriate uniform.
- Comply with Hilton’s “clean as you go” policy.
- Always use the associate entrance when going in and out of the hotel and stay in your work area. Do not loiter after work.
- Be hospitable to both guests and co-workers; follow hotel policies.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
- Set up the buffet.
- Keep the service area clean at all times and ensure that the area is stocked in accordance with the par checklist.
- Assist in collecting finished plates, glasses, etc and ensure proper breakdown of dishes at the stewarding area.
- Collect the necessary supplies from the storeroom on a daily basis, collect the linen from the laundry and prepare the napkins as per prescribed procedure.
- Assist as needed
- Light Prep Cook & Cooking Duties as needed.

- Neat in appearance and well groomed
- Able to work with little supervision; is responsible and trustworthy
- Able to lift heavy objects
- Friendly disposition and well-mannered
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to communicate in English well enough to understand schedules and cleaning checklists
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work quickly
- MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Sanitation and cleanliness of the aisle and counter areas
- Maintain adequate food items and service supplies
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
