Job Opportunity: Deli Delivery Driver - South Central PA (Boar’s Head Products)
Are you ready to join a dynamic team delivering premium Boar’s Head products to our partner delis in South Central PA? We are looking for a dedicated and reliable delivery driver to manage and merchandise products while maintaining high standards in customer service and product quality.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Permanent Position
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 AM until route completion
- Location: South Central Pennsylvania
- Salary: $800 per week during training and probationary period
- Merit-Based Raise: Possible after 90 days, based on performance
- Medical Benefits: Available at minimal cost after probationary period
- 401(k) Program: Available after 1 year of employment
- Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver and merchandise Boar's Head products to deli partners
- Ensure products are displayed properly and sell-by dates are managed
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure timely deliveries and high-quality service
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical (CDL not required)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
