This is a Part Time Fully Remote role. Seeking an energetic and visionary leader to fill the role of CEO, General Manager, or Director of Sales, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational goals to accelerate growth and market share.
- Lead and inspire senior leadership teams to foster a unified vision, promote accountability, and drive operational excellence across all departments.
- Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal health and sustainable profitability.
- Cultivate new business development opportunities by identifying emerging markets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships.
- Supervise management teams to ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Drive organizational change initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO, General Manager or Director of Sales with a track record of successful business management.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large teams through supervising experience and leadership development.
- Deep understanding of financial management principles including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource optimization.
- Excellent business development capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to motivate diverse teams at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
